I have over 8 years experience as a property manager and I'm looking for a full-time study position as a property manager ( on or *off the books ) and Preferred to live on site ( as part of compensation)... For the past 2 years I have been a property manager for an apartment complex here in Ocala. Recently I was forced to resign due to new ownership of the property and I'm looking to replace it as soon as possible. Prior to that, I managed a Mobile Home Park for 4 years. When I started there they were only at 43% occupancy but in less than 4 months I had the park at 100% occupancy and maintained it throughout my employment there and also had people waiting for a vacancy.. I have Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience with the Tax Credit Compliance and
Experience with Section 8... I also have experience with Windows Microsoft and Excel as well as other software such as AppFolio, onesite and yardi..
